Star Wars Come to Texas

Some ReelFXers took a field trip to Fort Worth to check out the Star Wars exhibit at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. The exhibit shows how the science of Star Wars relates to our world (robotic limbs for instance); several of the hands on interactives were actually pretty neato.

Science is all cool and whatnot, but I was mostly excited about the movie props etc. It was awesome to see practical models since sooo much of the prequels were totally digital.

And lookie over there......a new poll!!

Great pics, Ray! Where can I get me one of them life-size Destroyer Droids? I think this exhibit needs to make its way to Orlando ...
